Fixed fee:

This is the typical fee structure for Accent Architecture.  Fees are quoted up front for services we provide.  The fees are usually divided into multiple payments which are due at various stages of the project. 


Hourly fee:

Although this type of fee structure is rarely used, some services must be quoted this way because of their unpredictable nature, fixed fees in these cases would have to be over estimated to cover "what may come up", so an hourly fee structure is the least expensive solution and therefore the most fair to the client.  For this reason, repeat clients of Accent Architecture usually request that the entire project be based on an hourly fee due to the savings.
